OKRs Dashboard & OKR Insights

Firstly, log in to the Adopt Self Service Workspace using your customer credentials.
Select Analytics.
A. To access the OKRs dashboard, select OKRs from the pane on the left.
Note: Tooltips appear on the page in relation to certain buttons, fields and elements, providing you with further information. For example, hover over a question mark to see explanatory text.
The top half of the page consists of the high-level analytics Overview. Here you will find the following information:
B. OKR Summary – Shows the performance of each OKR for the selected time period. “Eligible Users are those users that have met the criteria to be tracked for the specific OKR. The “OKR Users” are those that have fulfilled the target criteria
Note: Right-click within a table or graph to view a list of data controls such as Include/Exclude, Copy and Collapse.
C. Eligible Sessions, % OKR Sessions and % Adopt Used Sessions by Date – Shows the trend of Eligible User Sessions. “Eligible Sessions” are defined as a unique count of Users Per Day who have met the Eligibility criteria for an OKR. More details can be seen on the “OKR Definition” tab
The bottom half of the page consists of OKR Insights. Depending on which tab you click, the information and charts displayed will change. Here are the OKR Insights options:
A. Key Influencers - View which User Profiles are most influential in OKR performance

B. Statistics by Month – View OKR Statistics by Month
Note: Right-click within a table or graph to view a list of data controls such as Include/Exclude, Copy and Show as a table.
C. Profiling View – View OKRs by User Profiles
D. OKR Definition – View OKR Definition & Targeting Detail
Filters can be applied to create targeted analytics information on the page.
Filters are accessed on the top right side of the page. You can choose to:
A. Filter by OKRs – Click the dropdown arrow and choose the whether to view all or just Active OKRs
B. Filter Period – Click the dropdown and choose a timescale
C. Alternatively, on the far right side of the page click the Filters panel to create, amend and clear active filters on the page
Note: Click the More Options button to see further actions that you can take, such as exporting the data and showing the data as a table.
