# Launching Tooltip editor and creating a tooltip

Access any new or existing Tooltips within the Guide view, highlight the required Tooltip Guide (Guide types are distinguished indicator icons) and click **Open in Editor.** You will now be redirected to the Adopt Editor where you can modify your configuration within the assigned application.

## **Tooltip Editor**

When you open Tooltips in Editor mode, the In-Application Editor appears. Below you can see how this will appear on-screen.
