Targeting Dashboards & Targeting Insights
Accessing the Analytics module
Log in to the Adopt Self Service Workspace using your customer credentials.
Select Analytics.

Accessing the Targeting overview
Select Targeting from the panel on the left.
The top half of the page consists of the high-level analytics Overview. Here you will find the following information:
System Pages – Shows the System Pages that are configured within Adopt and how many users visited those pages
User Sessions, % Targeted Sessions and % Adopt Sessions by Date – Shows the trend of user sessions.

Applying filters
Filters can be applied to create targeted analytics information on a given page. They are accessed on the top right side of the page. You can choose to:
Filter by System Page – Click the dropdown arrow and choose a system page.
Filter by System – Click the dropdown arrow and choose a system.
Filter Period – Click the dropdown and choose a timescale.
User Profile – Shows the distribution of users for the selected profile.
Alternatively, on the far right side of the page, click the Filters panel to create, amend and clear active filters on the page.

Targeting Insights
The bottom half of the page consists of the Targeting Insights. The information and charts displayed will change depending on which tab you click. The Targeting Insights options are:
Profiling View - View Targeting by the user context.
Adopt Support View – Measure the Adopt intervention views on a selected page.
Targeting Detail - Measure where Adopt is not currently targeted within your SaaS application(s).
Custom Date View - Easily track how recent guidance updates have impacted end users.
