# Content Export

## Access the Analytics module

Firstly, log in to the Adopt Self Service Workspace using your customer credentials.

Select Analytics.

## View the data

A. To access the Content Export, select Content Export from the pane on the left.

***Note:** Tooltips appear on the page in relation to certain buttons, fields and elements, providing you with further information. For example, hover over a question mark to see explanatory text.*

B. The content is automatically presented as single rows per content item

C. To change the view to one row per targeted element, click the slider to Row per Targeting Type

***Note**: Right-click within the table to view a list of data controls such as Include/Exclude, Copy and Collapse.*

## Filter the data

Filters can be applied to create targeted analytics information on the page.

Filters are accessed on the top right side of the page. You can choose:

A. System – Click the dropdown arrow and choose a system

B. Adopt Support Status – Click the dropdown arrow and choose a support status

C. Targeting Status – Click the dropdown and choose a profile

D. Adopt Module – Click the dropdown arrow and choose an Adopt module

E. Alternatively, on the far right side of the page click the Filters panel to create, amend and clear active filters on the page

## Export the data

A.Click the More Options button ![](/files/kSX7I2e7trtlFT1UxPZ3)  then choose Export Data

B.Choose the File Format (either Excel or CSV)

C.Click Export

The file then downloads to your computer.
