Log in to the Adopt Self Service Workspace using your customer credentials.
Select Analytics.
Select Adopt Support from the pane on the left.
Tooltips appear on the page next to certain buttons, fields, and elements, providing further information. For example, hover over a question mark to see explanatory text.
The top half of the page consists of the high-level analytics Overview. Here you will find the following information:
Adopt Usage – Shows the Adopt Interventions and how many times the Intervention has been viewed. Adopt Engagement is the % of Adopt View which lasted for 3 seconds or longer (for PDFs/videos/Smart Pages) or 2 seconds (for Tooltips/Trails)
Right-click within a table or graph to view a list of data controls such as Include/Exclude, Copy and Collapse.
Adopt Views and Av. Duration (s) by Date – Shows the trend of Adopt Views and Average Duration over the selected period.
The bottom half of the page consists of the Intervention Insights. The information and charts displayed will change depending on which tab you click. The Intervention Insights options are:
Profiling View - View the Intervention statistics by User Profiles

View Detail – Measure the Adopt interventions views on a selected page
Right-click within a table or graph to view a list of data controls such as Include/Exclude, Copy and Collapse.
Targeting Detail – View Configuration, statistics and user targeting for individual Adopt content (e.g.: Smart Pages, Tooltips, PDF, etc.)
Custom Date View – Use a targeted date range to track engagement insights.
Filters can be applied to create targeted analytics information on a given page. They are accessed from the top right side of the page. You can choose to:
Filter by Module / Intervention – Click the dropdown arrow and choose an Adopt module
Filter by System – Click the dropdown arrow and choose a system
Filter Period – Click the dropdown and choose a timescale
Alternatively, on the far right side of the page, click the Filters panel to create, change and clear active filters on the page.
Click the More Options button to see additional actions you can take, such as exporting the data and displaying it as a table.
