**A. ‘More options’ menu**

If you hover on any of the data panels, three dots appear on the top right. Click them to access the ‘more options’ menu where you can export the data. This can be useful if you want to do any comparisons or create any reports outside of Adopt that can then be shared with colleagues.

**B. Icon**

If you hover on any of the data panels, a ‘?’ icon appears on the top right. Hover over the ? icon to see additional information about each chart.

**C. Timeframe filtering**

Timeframes are important to think about. A broader period of time will give you more data to evaluate so you can spot trends and pain points. The narrower the timeframe, the less likely it is that you will see important insights. We’d advise at least 100 days, but a year will give you great trend overviews.

**D. Insights overview**

This area is where you will find a quick view of key insights. For example, you want to be looking for a lot of users who are spending a lot of time, as this is a good indication that your intervention may be needed. You can check this by looking at page durations. Click the Av. Page Duration column header to sort the data in descending order by most time spent. When you spot an occurrence of this, you can then drill into it via the Targeting dashboard to look into more details of role, language, location user specifics on that page.
