## What is it?

This highlights hot spots in the system where there is a 20% increase or decrease in users navigating to a specific system page from the previous time period.

## How to access

Click Overview from the navigation pane on the left. Go to the Key Insights section and access the Pages with Usage Change tab.

***Note:** Remember, you can drill down into these insights by accessing Targeting from the navigation pane on the left.*

**Q:** What challenge can I address using the ‘Pages with Usage Change’ Insight?

**A:** Getting ahead of user needs

## What does ‘Pages with Usage Change’ tell me?

It tells you if there is a change in the number of users when comparing selected time periods. For an increase in user traffic, this could highlight new places for Adopt content, especially Smart Pages as a pop-up prompt on these new areas of actions/interest, or it could indicate that a refresh of existing content is needed.

For a decrease in user traffic, this could indicate that content such as Smart Pages is no longer needed on certain system pages, as users are no longer navigating there.

## Resolution

Keep content up-to-date based on the data being displayed in pages with usage change e.g. If visits to Goal Setting page are up 250%, review whether your Goal setting guidance is relevant and able to provide appropriate support for this increase in activity.

## Business Benefits

Decreased support requests and costs, user efficiency gains
