Pages without targeting

This data highlights pages without Adopt support and you can see how many users are navigating through these pages.
Click Overview from the navigation pane on the left. Go to the Key Insights section and access the Pages without Targeting tab.
Note: Remember, you can drill down into these insights by accessing Targeting from the navigation pane on the left. Then, in the Filter by System Page filter at the top of the page, select Pages with No Active Targeting.
Q: What challenge can I address using the ‘Pages without Targeting’ Insight?
A: High page dwell time
It tells you if a lot of people are spending a lot of time on pages that don’t contain any help.
A high number of users might be spending longer than necessary trying to figure out how to complete a process. This indicates that there could be a need for Adopt support to be applied to those pages.
Option 1: (For high dwell times on pages *without* Adopt content available) Add Adopt content to Split Screen or via Tooltips.
Option 2: (Recommended for more mature environments 12-18m post go live) Implement in-flow-of-work guidance using Tooltips, or a Tour to guide a user through a process live. This saves them time looking for information in lengthy documentation and just serves them bitesize information at point of need.
