Configuring Tours

Tours provide contextual guidance directly within the flow of an application, they can be single or multi-step walkthroughs to assist end users through business processes. They can also contain Rules and Trigger logic to create a seamless experience.

A Tour configuration is managed in 3 key areas:

  1. Adopt Management Console – How new Tours are created, or existing ones are managed.

  2. Step Editor – Can be launched from any Tour within the Management Console. This is where the creation of steps within the Tour are configured

  3. Tour Guide Settings - how you can control the targeting and global display settings
