# The Gear icon: the Ripple effect

You can also alter the settings of the triggers, such as the appearance. To access:​

1. Click the Gear icon alongside the trigger you have chosen. This will expand further options

2. Scroll down to the Appearance section. From the effect dropdown, select **Ripple**
3. **Save** your changes
